Babu Karam Singh Bal

Babu Karam Singh Bal ((パンジャーブ語:ਬਾਬੂ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਲ)) (c. 1927 – 7 October 1992) was a Sikh Sarpanch for Sathiala. He was also a politician for the Shiromani Akali Dal party and in addition, the manager of Gurdwara Baba Bakala Sahib (SGPC), a position he held for 38 years.
Babu Karam Singh Bal also was the Chairman for Sathiala College. He also had many other posts, such as being head of various types of committees.
==Personal life==
Karam Singh Bal was born in Sathiala around 1927. He had three brothers and two sisters, out of which he was the third youngest.
Although Babu Karam Singh Bal was born in Sathiala, he eventually moved to Baba Bakala because he became the manager at the Gurdwara there.
Babu Karam Singh Bal had a wide range of hobbies such as reading books and he always read the daily newspaper. Babu Karam Singh also enjoyed playing chess. Most importantly, Babu Karam Singh Bal had a great passion for music (mainly Ghazals) and for writing poetry.
